1.Why your items are so cheap?
All of the coach products in our coach outlet are come from factory directly.We cut down the cost of logistics and manpower,so we could supply the best price to every customers.
2.Are all your items in stock?
Yes, but occasionally the stock levels might reduce due to demand. If for any reason an Item is still displayed and you pay then we will contact you as quickly as possible and refund you.
3. What payment methods we accept?
We accept western union, and BANK IN directly to CIMB ACCOUNT.
4.How do i cancel the order?
All the orders placed on our site are available to be cancelled within 8 hours, but if we have already dispatched the order we cannot guarantee a cancellation, sorry for inconvenience.
5. How long will it take to delivery and delivery fee?
Total delivery time is composed of two parts. The first part is the processing time. This is the time from when your payment is received to when we gather up all the items and pack them. Processing takes 1-3 work days normally. The second part is the actual shipping time. This is the time that it takes for the package to be delivered by the couriers to the destination. EMS shipping normally takes 5-8 work days, and the slow shipping method normally takes 7-15 work days.
6. How can I track the status of my parcel?
After 1-2 days your order will be despatched, Please track its status online for more specific information atwww.ems.com.cn , www.dhl.com , www.tnt.com or www.ups.com
7. Will I have to pay any additional taxes or duties?
No, our prices cover the costs of additional taxes and duties. In the unlikely event you receive any additional import fee, please send through your receipt and we will pay for all charges.
